To begin with: I love what I do and feel blessed that I make a living helping people find their home, invest in real estate, build their dream home or maybe do all of the above. I am a full time, full service real estate agent serving the Tri-Valley area. I was born in Romania and moved to Germany at the age of 10. After finishing my studies at the Universitaet Wuerzburg/Bavaria, Germany, Universita degli studi di Trieste/Italy and University of California at Berkeley/CA, I decided to take a job offer in Silicon Valley, so I moved to the beautiful Bay Area again. I always wanted to be a business owner and when the opportunity came, I joined Ruby Hill Realty in Pleasanton. Quite to the contrary of what a rookie real estate agent should do, I started at the very high-end of the market and surprisingly enough, it turned out to be a perfect fit. Ruby Hill gave me the opportunity to develop my knowledge and skills in vacant lot and vineyard estate sales, help spec builders putting transactions together and resell custom homes in the area. The fact, that I am multilingual (yes, I do speak German "das ist ueberhaupt kein Problem"), Italian ("possiamo anche parlare in Italiano, non c'e problemo" – well, I went to college in Italy), Romanian ("vorbim romaneste" – well, I was born there), French (ok, I only had it in school for nine years, but if push comes to shove I could manage) and – admittedly – some broken English. But all of this doesn't matter, because the only thing that matters is you. What matters is that I will bring all my skills and expertise to the table should you hire me to find you, not the biggest but the BEST home for your needs. When you need expertise on how to design and purchase a custom home or when you simply need me to evaluate the value of your property. How I accomplish that? By living and breathing real estate, which is my passion. I won't rest until you found what you are looking for, but I will also tell you if your expectations can not be met. I will set manageable expectations and rather underpromise but overachieve. I do have an outstanding reputation and a lot of my business is word of mouth referrals from happy clients who in most cases turn into very dear friends of mine. That's what I do. I also have a life outside of real estate, yes I do. I love to travel to the old continent (especially Italy – just magical), play tennis and golf and I admit it, I am a soccer fanatic – how couldn't you?
