Business Philosophy I believe as a Realtor my job is to utilize my knowledge to help my clients make one of the biggest financial and lifestyle decisions of their lives. It is crucial to the process to have answers to questions that are honest and reliable. I research difficult issues until all involved are confident with the results. It is very important to me to be educated and to continue to educate myself on all aspects relating to real estate. My clients wants and needs are my highest priority. As your agent you can be 100% assured that I am working for YOU and my goal is to accomplish what is best for YOU. Education and Training I have a BA degree in Psychology. It is very important to me to understand my clients, my colleagues, my family, and those around me. I continue to study psychological issues so I can better understand why people do what they do and how they are affected by myself and others. I am currently involved in a class with Coldwell Banker called Proactive Agents. I am a student in this class as well as an instructor. I also continue to take other real estate related classes so that I can keep current. Awards And Designations I have a GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation which is a 90 hour course that I enrolled in after obtaining my real estate license. It gave me a good understanding of real estate. Community Involvement I like to be involved in my community. I feel it is my responsibility to give back to my community where I am fortunate to have so many opportunities. I am involved in my children's schools, PTA, and sports. I am on the Board of Director's for my neighborhood HOA. I am a member of the Holladay City Planning Commission. Personal Background In my free-time I spend time with my family. We enjoy snow skiing, using our wave runners, playing tennis, traveling, etc. I am also an avid reader. I like to read all types of books.
