Will Raines has performed over 800 home inspections since 2008 (www.raineshomeinspection.com)... With a strong natural desire to help and advise people he decided to become a realtor with Coldwell Banker. He wants to show people the investment side of real estate. He brings the edge of construction knowledge on identifying problems, home repair costs, and updating costs to the market. In the previous years he also has worked closely with homeowners to remodel and bring their ideas to life. He has worked with builders on over 250 new constructions homes to improve the imperfections found commonly in new construction. In May of 2012 he graduated with a Business Finance degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
