COOKING/ENTERTAINING TRAVELING RENOVATING/REVITALIZING OLDER HOMES

A native Nashvillian that has lived in most of the neighborhoods at one time in my life in Nashville. Married to George Degerberg, a fabulously talented builder/renovator! We have a young Golden Retriever, BEAR, that we got as a rescue at 10 weeks. I have a son, Tony, that lives in Jacksonville Beach, Florida that I love dearly and visit as often as possible. My siblings, 1 brother and 2 sisters are all in the Middle Tn area as well. My younger sister, Tammy Carney, is a realtor as well and works on my team at Village Real Estate. Village is a locally owned agency with various neighborhood locations. I chose Village Real Estate as my home for all the "locally owned" reasons that one would look for in a company. Village is very involved in giving back to the community and huge in the development of urban neighborhoods. The owner of the company, Mark Deutcshmann, is accessible and was very instrumental in my success as a realtor. Mark is extremely involved in the surrounding neighborhoods as well as a major Green supporter....and motivates everyone around him to remember why green is so important. My love outside of real estate is for cooking and entertaining friends and family. I love to travel and my husband and I own property in MEXICO...which was a true learning experience for a different type real estate transaction! We also own a small lake cabin only an hour from our home and that is where we go frequently to rejuvenate and breathe!
