Molecular biology: Designed and developed experimental plans for reagents, system integration for nucleic acids based assays including Recombinant DNA technology, cloning, DNA sequencing, site-directed mutagenesis, screening of genomic and cDNA libraries, southern blotting, Telomerase Terminal restriction Fragment analysis (TRFs), RNA, RT-PCR, multiplex PCR, real time qPCR, Northerns, siRNA/shRNA, microRNAs, and Gene expression profiling.
