Description:
You might remember Sam from the 1st season of NBC's The Apprentice. Donald Trump selected him for his real estate success and entrepreneurial spirit! Sam is a native Washingtonian who grew up learning the real estate business from his father and grandfather. Starting in his early twenties Sam purchased and renovated homes, establishing a large and diverse real estate portfolio. He later decided to help homebuyers and sellers achieve their goals and launched his career as a Realtor. He not only understands transactions from a Realtor's perspective, but he can step into the shoes of those buying and selling a home because he has negotiated multiple deals on his own behalf and repeatedly experienced both sides of the transaction. Several years ago Donald Trump took note of Sam's real estate success and selected him from 215,000 applicants to appear on NBC's premiere season of The Apprentice. He was the one who nearly sold a cup of lemonade for $1000, stared Trump down in the boardroom, and leter offered him a briefcase with $250,000 cash in exchange for a job. Sam became a National celebrity and highly recognizable in our local community. While real estate is Sam's passion, he has a varied resume, having previously hosted a radio talk show, co-founded an Internet media company, and continues to serve as an auctioneer for local charities. His dynamic life experiences enable him to guide and communicate with a diverse group of buyers and sellers. He'll meet clients 24/7 and always answers his phone. No negotiation is too big or too small for Sam, as he closed transactions ranging from $150,000 to $2,000,000 in 2008. Sam and his wife Lori reside in Chevy Chase, Maryland with their dog Ozzie.

About:
I am a native Washingtonian who grew up learning the real estate business from my father and grandfather. Starting in my early twenties, I purchased and renovated homes, establishing a large and diverse real estate portfolio. Later I decided to help homebuyers and sellers achieve their goals and launched my career as a Realtor. I not only understand transactions from a Realtor's perspective, but I can step into the shoes of those buying and selling a home because I have negotiated multiple deals on my own behalf and have repeatedly experienced both sides of the transaction. Several years ago Donald Trump took note of my real estate success and selected me from 215,000 applicants to appear on NBC's premiere season of The Apprentice. For 15 minutes or so, I became a National celebrity and remain highly recognizable in the local community. While real estate is my passion, I am proud of a varied resume, having previously hosted a radio talk show, co-founded an Internet media company, and I continue to serve as an auctioneer for local charities. My dynamic life experiences enable me to guide and communicate with a diverse group of buyers and sellers.
