Here is my speech...over twenty years in Mortgage Banking. I have lived and thrived through some very tough times but as "they say" the professionals make it through the tough times. I am lucky because I really like what I do and I think I am very good at what I do. The last two years I have been selected as a Five Star Professional which was/is a selection made through a local magazine. They send out 10,000 surveys to people who have had some sort of mortgage financing in the last year and rate their satisfaction. I am on that list. I have a variety of sources for business. Realtors, Financial Planners, New Home Sales, Accountants and of course past clients refer me to their friends and family. My expression that I use often is "People dont care what you know, they want to know that you care". Let me take care of your next transaction.
