Hello, I would like to introduce myself.My name is Richard.I'm a property manager that lives in the King of Prussia area.I own several properties in the Roxborough section of Philadelphia. I'm self employed as I have my own home improvement company.A Helping Hand Home Maintenance Service. I have been working in the construction field for twenty five years.I have attented Mercy Vocational High School and graduated with a Certificate in Electricity.I have also worked as a Dealership Auto Tech. for sixteen years.I have taken a great deal of my skills and devoted it to Customer Service.I'm also a Certified Home Inspector and Pa.State Licensed Public Adjuster.I would be happy to offer my services in the field which I greaty enjoy assisting consumers to provide a free home evaluation.I Educate and protect the policy holder in how to save money on energy cost and how to maximize your investment!
