Description:
Hi I'm Randy Mate, General Contractor who heads the company and have been in the construction trade for more than 30 years. I'm a Master Plumber and Carpenter and a Journeyman Mason and Electrician. I've worked on projects from building an 80 unit condominium to single-family homes, hillside homes, remodels, additions and have worked on all phases of construction. In the initial meeting with the homeowner or prospected home buyer I try and understand the main objectives, customer vision of what the end product will look like, desires and their budget. In this way I can oft times give the client a rough idea of the cost on the spot. I always follow up with a fully written out Ball Park proposal for the customer. This allows me, and the potential customer, to see whether we're talking the same language when it comes to the budget of the project. I carry a current CA License - 978915
