Drug Discovery: (9 Years Experience in Drug Discovery and Development ) Experience in hit to lead identification, SAR development and lead optimization to increase the affinity, selectivity (to reduce the potential side effects), efficacy/potency and metabolic stability. Molecular Modeling Hit to lead discovery (Virtual screening and Molecular docking), and Lead optimization (Molecular docking, Pharmacophore modeling and scaffold hopping, 3D QSAR, Structure-, ligand- and fragment-based lead optimization) using Schrdinger's and Tripos's programs such as Glide, Prime, Phase, Maestro, Sybyl, PyMOL, and Accelrys's Discovery Studio. ADME analysis using QikProp. Analytical Techniques Experience in maintenance and handling of HPLC, Fluorescence Spectrophotometer, Polarimeter, Microwave and Automated Multiple Organic Synthesizer and Flash Chromatography Instruments. Structural Elucidation Well versed with structural elucidation using FT-IR, NMR (1H, 13C, 19F and 31P), 2D NMR (COSY, NOESY, HMBC and HMQC), and Mass Spectroscopy (LCMS/GCMS/MALDI-TOF-TOF).
