Follow all HIPPA & OSHA regulations, while handling blood and bodily fluids. 8-40hrs of Military Hospital Training In Customer Service and Patient Safety. Working knowledge of Anatomy, Physiology and Medical Terminology. Knowledge of a variety of surgical procedures to include Head and Neck, Maxillo-facial, Genitourinary, Gynecologic, Orthopedic, Plastics, Cardio-thoracic, Vascular and Neurological Experience working with Stryker, Zimmerman, and Smith & Nephew systems. Knowledge of supplies and devices required to perform surgical procedures. Experienced with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Knowledge of functionality operating specialized and advanced operating room equipment surgical devices, terminology, etiquette and processes. Practice a variety of sterilization procedures using disinfecting agent, steam, and chemical means.
