Thesis title: "An Assessment of College Students’ Attitudes towards Breastfeeding Practices and the Effects of Breastfeeding on the Incidence of Food Allergies, Food Intolerances and Disease." The full length paper is cataloged in the Rutgers Library Catalog under the series title George H. Cook scholar papers located in the Chang Library.

The ADA Foundation/ConAgra Foods Food Safety Student Challenge Scholarship

I collaborated with three of my colleagues to develop and implement an On Campus Food Safety Program and was awarded the ADA Foundation & Con Agra Foods Student Food Safety Grant. As a food saftey advocate, I promoted food safety by guest speaking on RU-tv's (Rutgers Television Network) Wake Up Rutgers show. This interview was broadcasted live and posted on various social media sites to gain support and awareness. I also developed food safety labels placed on takeout containers to further promote proper food handling and practices to students.
