PowerReach is a new concept in delivering live well intervention to extended reach horizontal completions. The process uses a combination string of jointed pipe on bottom and coiled tubing on top. This allows conventional coiled tubing equipment to run shorter strings of 2-3/8" or 2-7/8" coil while enabling continuous pipe movement during interventions in extended reach wells.

The process provides near instantaneous changes to proppant schedules downhole to allow for reservoir diversion of composite treatment fluid and creation of branch fractures.
