I have worked in the East Bay for over 25+ years, creating wealth for my clients. From First Time Home Buyer Programs to Purchase of Larger Multi-family properties to Commercial properties, I have helped many clients obtain solid investments. I also have helped my clients liquidate & trade properties, in both Sellers Markets & Buyers Markets. I also have managed many Real Estate Investments for my clients, further creating wealth with solid Management, increasing the overall performance of the investment. I am a member of California Apartment Association (CAA) and Rental House Association of Northern Alameda County and AOA ( Apartment Owners Association ). I am currently a member of Contra Costa County CAA chapter. I have written for the Rental House Magazine. I have served on Community Development Committees for projects in Alameda and Oakland. I served on the Green Building Technology Committee in Oakland associated with Rental Housing Association of Northern Alameda County.

About:
I have enjoyed the East Bay for over 25 years as my home and place of business! Love the diversity of the area and the warm climate most of the year! Urban Gardening is big on my list! I personally love to garden and enjoy strawberries fresh from my garden when my kids do not get to them first! I incorporate this love of gardening into my renovation projects and include raised bed gardening in many of the rentals. I also believe we all need to be as "green" as possible. I have always added recycling to all the projects I have worked on. I also try to recycle building materials on all the projects and use materials that are Earth friendly. Whether selling real estate or redeveloping, I am always interested in creating a "highest" use for the property and maximizing a properties value!
