The company founder, Larry Klein, has built or developed hundreds of residential and commercial properties since 1968, and is both a California Real Estate Broker and a California General Contractor. This is a tremendous benefit to our clients, and he is available to provide this unique perspective prior to marketing a property, submission of an offer to purchase and during the physical inspection process. Larry holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgia Tech., a Masters Degree from UCLA, and has lived on the Westside of Los Angeles, California continuously since 1959. Larry is also a member of the Beverly Hills/Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the Pacific Palisades Chamber of Commerce. Larry’s daughter, Laura Klein, is a licensed Real Estate Agent and Realtor®, is a Certified Negotiation Expert® (CNE), Certified Buyer Representative® (CBR) and maintains membership in a variety of organizations including the Beverly Hills/Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the Pacific Palisades Chamber of Commerce. Laura has grown up in the real estate business having both parents as real estate professionals and is experienced in the entire scope of real estate through her life time exposure to the family business and over ten years of professional real estate experience. Prior to joining Klein Real Estate, Laura enjoyed a successful 12 year career as a marketing and advertising executive during which she worked with some of the largest corporations in the world. She applies her extensive business, financial and marketing experience to each of her client’s real estate needs, providing an edge in negotiating, advertising, pricing and networking.
