Statewide instructor on the ins and outs of short sales. Has spoken for many organizations on how to assist sellers in distress situations with success. Helped in the updating of the AAR statewide short sale addenda and chaired the committee in creating the current short sale templates used statewide on AAR's SureClose platform. Was an invitee on the Arizona Department of Real Estate’s Short Sale Stakeholder’s meeting which helped draft Arizona’s Seller’s Short Sale Advisory. Spoke at an Arizona Escrow Association meeting on complex contract solving techniques. 10 year Professional Standards volunteer including past Chairman of the Tucson Grievance Committee and Chairman of numerous Hearing Panels for AAR. Proficient at handling disputes with a strong emphasis on fairness to all. Former owner of 2 real estate companies. Built both from zero to 100+ agents. Managed 2 others. Manned an agent call in help line for over 3,800 agents and assisted them with problem transactions. Was one of 4 managing brokers for Arizona’s largest real estate company. I now focus my experience and energy helping buyers and sellers reach their real estate goals. No transaction is too tough or too complicated.
