Kirby specializes in the property & business needs of high net worth clients. During his 20 years of business and real estate transactions, he has become well versed in finance and banking, business operations and real property transactions. His experience as both a buyer and seller of businesses empowers him to represent the interests of all parties. Furthermore, as the former owner of three businesses, he fully understands the unique challenges of business operations and property transactions. This enables him to assist clients with strategies to maximize their return on investment. He also is qualified to perform business and commercial evaluations. Kirby is also a licensed real estate and insurance broker associate in Washington State. His areas of real estate specialization include: 1031 tax deferred exchanges, multi-family apartment buildings, professional office, retail, light industrial, hotels and restaurants, both for sale and lease. Kirby also sells select estate and ranch properties. Mr. Cramer earned the Prudential Presidents’ Circle award in 2004 & 2005 placing him in the top 6% of agents at his firm. He was a founding investor of Charter National Bank in Seattle. He has earned a BBA in Marketing from James Madison University and completed the YMP at University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. He is a dedicated father of two boys.
