About Kim Welcome!! My family and I moved to Cedar Creek Lake in the summer of 2009 from Hillsboro, Tx where I grew up. We bought a vacation home in Esquire Estates II on Cedar Creek Lake in 2003 and immediately fell in love with the area. We are all so happy to call this their home now. Prior to joining Johnson Monroe, Realtors, I began my career in real estate in 1999 where I sold residential real estate on Lake Whitney. Eventually, joining Cushman & Wakefield of Dallas where I was in commercial lease management, managing over 6 million sf of space for ACS across the US along with international locations as well. In my first year at Cushman & Wakefield I was awarded Corporate Services Person of the Year with the firm. After many years in the corporate world, I decided to slow down for family. So, I joined the team of Ron Roberts & Associates in Hillsboro, Tx, where I earned over 2400 hours of appraising residential and commercial property. I was also deeply involved with the Hillsboro schools serving as President and Vice President of the Parent Teacher Organizations and also worked part-time with Education Service Center Region 12 as the GEAR UP Coordinator. GEAR UP is a federally funded grant program whose goal is to increase college awareness for students and their families. Attention sellers!!
