The invention provides a class of substituted quinazolinone compounds and methods of treating diseases mediated by PI3Kδ activity. The disclosed compounds are useful in treating diseases such as bone-resorption disorders; and cancer, especially hematopoietic cancers, lymphomas, multiple myelomas and leukemia.
