Hello, my name is Joey Birkle and I am a loan originator with First Option Mortgage, located Indianapolis. I have had the privilege to enjoy an extensive career in the mortgage industry and I have worked with countless clients to assist them with their financing. I started as a loan officer back in early 2002 and I have held many positions within the mortgage industry including loan originator, branch manager, district manager, divisional manager and regional manager. I believe that I can not only offer my clients experience and knowledge of various loan programs and the guidelines associated with each, but I can also provide the great overall service that they deserve. First Option Mortgage offers a tremendous platform for me to extend the best service the industry has to offer to each and every client we encounter. Here at First Option, we are a broker/correspondent lender, which means that we work with a variety of different banks and mortgage companies, both local and national. This not only gives us the advantage of being able to go out into the marketplace to find our clients the best deals and lowest rates available, but also allows us the versatility to work with a much more diverse, broader range of different programs to help find the perfect fit for our client's individual and unique situation. I personally approach this business much differently than the average loan officer. My first priority is my relationship with my customer rather than focusing on the loan transaction itself. In this approach, I help my clients with their overall personal finances rather than just the loan transaction itself. That being said, if I have a client that needs help building credit or if we have to work on savings or income so we can qualify for financing in the future, I am certainly here for them to give them the professional advice and direction they might need. I understand that applying for financing is a very personal experience so I am always working hard to make sure that I can provide the very best service possible to each and every one of my clients.
