Before her career in real estate, Jody Skapyak was a corporate software trainer who helped executives learn and understand the various computer programs critical to their organizations. Some of the companies that she worked with included: Fairview Hospitals and Healthcare in Minnesota; Tropicana; Arthur Andersen; and several local law firms. Prior to that, she attended Normandale Community College, where she completed her Associate’s of Arts degree. She also attended Metropolitan State University, where she studied Computer Information Systems. Jody’s work experience in Sarasota County has spanned over 10 years. She and her family have lived in North Sarasota, Palmer Ranch and Osprey communities. Her home sales range from Bradenton south to Englewood, providing her clients with expert knowledge on the various neighborhoods throughout these areas. With the rapid advance in real estate technology, Jody is able to stay ahead of the curve and effectively find the information her clients need to make informed decisions on buying or selling real estate. Jody has a keen sense of knowing her clients’ needs by attentiveness to details and her ability to cater to their unique situations. Originally from Minnesota, Jody is married and has three children.
