About:
Jessica Rojas attended Seton Hall from 1992-1996. In the Spring of 1994, she became a Founding Sister of the first Multicultural Sorority in New Jersey named Omega Phi Chi Multicultural Sorority Inc. During her time at Seton Hall Jessica was involved with many community service projects including the following: * NJ Special Olympics; * Carnival of Fun with Special Needs Children; * Boarder Babies at UMDNJ; * Visiting the Veterans at the Veterans Hospital; * NJ Cancer Society; * Big Brother/Big Sister program; * Adopt a Highway (cleaning up highways); and * Lunch Bag Project (feeding the homeless). However, volunteering with the Alzhiemers Association was one community service that was something Jessica took very personally because her grandmother had the disease. This made Jessica decide to make Alzheimers Awareness the philanthropy for the chapter she founded at Seton Hall University. Since then, much time and money has been dedicated to this cause. Jessica graduated from Seton Hall University in 1996 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. In 1997 Jessica attended Fairleigh Dickenson University Master’s Program and became a Certified Paralegal. Jessica worked in the legal field from 1996 – 2006. In 2006 Jessica moved to California and became a Mortgage Solicitor. She worked as a mortgage solicitor from 2006-2009. In 2009 Jessica returned to NJ and obtained her NJ Real Estate License. Since 2009 Jessica has been employed as a full time Realtor with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Jessica has 14 years of experience and in-depth training in areas such as Real Estate Practice, Mortgages, Financing, Property Management and Legal Aspects. After completing her first year in the real estate business in 2009, Jessica was given a Bronze Award by the New Jersey Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence Sales Award as well as the Rookie of the Year award for her region. Jessica continues to strive as a professional as well as a volunteer with the community as a member of Parents with Autistic Children and the United Puerto Rican Council. Jessica lives happily with her two amazing boys ages 9 and 7. Jessica has lived in the Bergen County area for the past 10 years with her family. She grew up in the Passaic County area and has been part of the community for the past 34 years.
