Jenny Betancourt is an experience real estate professional with a unique and successful background in property management. She began her career in 2007, on the property management side of the real estate industry, working with one of the premiere luxury property management firms in the Miami area. In 2008, she became a licensed real estate sales associate, concentrating primarily on such in-demand locales as Brickell, Downtown Miami, Midtown, South Beach, Miami Beach, Sunny Isles, Aventura and Hallandale. Fueled by her business acumen, dedication to excellence, and strategic planning ability she proved herself to be a top producer in real estate sales with a distinguished international firm- reaching a goal of more than fifty closed deals including sales and rentals in a period of just four months during 2009. Jenny is well-versed in a diverse range of property sales and rental disciplines, including qualification, persuasion, strategy, proposal, and closings. She is a solid communicator and relies on her strong interpersonal skills and an impeccable rapport with her flawlessly maintained network of clients and resources. Today she brings this experience and her outstanding leadership talent to Cervera with confidence and dynamic energy. Originally from Uruguay, Jenny moved to Miami in 2002. She is currently pursuing a degree in Architecture and Interior Design, and, in her free time, enjoys going to the gym, playing tennis, and playing poker. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
