She brings you a wealth of experience based on 23 years in the real estate business, Janet was born and raised in Westerly, R.I. and left to pursue life changes. During that time, Janet served as manager and new agent trainer for five years, worked in real estate planning, development and management in Hong Kong for 5 years, and helped hundreds of residential clients buy and sell Rhode Island, CT and Orange County, CA. Keeping up with new laws and regulation is necessary to help protect the interest of her clients is first and far most. Also, staying on top of the new technology means Janet can provide more services to her buyers and sellers. Accordingly, she makes it a point to attend all new CRS classes as well as conventions held by the National Association of Realtors. In 1998 Janet formed, and served as the President of the Women's Council of Realtors for the South Orange County Chapter. She is President -Elect for 2010 and will serve as President again in 2011.
