Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention are directed to automated systems for organizing and facilitating information exchange between members of an organization. These automated systems allow for creation and administration of hierarchical groupings of members of the organization to facilitate efficient dissemination of information among members of groups and provide for automated and intelligent routing of information and communications among many different types of communications media and devices through which members of the organization can distribute and exchange information with one another. Embodiments of the present invention additionally provide for sophisticated logging, tracking, and monitoring of information distribution and management within the organization as well as for various levels of member-access security.
