Vehicle Remote Control System

View page
US Patent:
20040182618, Sep 23, 2004
Filed:
Mar 18, 2003
Appl. No.:
10/391501
Inventors:
Ilya Nikolayev - Briarwood NY, US
International Classification:
B62D001/24
US Classification:
180/167000
Abstract:
A vehicle remote control system includes a vehicle, actuator, receiver, and transmitter. A vehicle is outfitted with several components, including a receiver and at least one actuator, using which, a user equipped with a remote transmitter, can, from a distance, control the vehicle. This allows the life-threatening aspects of pushing a vehicle to the limit to be eliminated and allows a much more entertaining and dynamic show to be staged. By installing the components on several vehicles, a safe and very dynamic race can be created. When the vehicles collide with stationary objects or amongst themselves, instead of witnessing the driver sustain a potentially life-threatening injury, the crowd will be satisfied to see that, although the car is damaged, the driver is located a safe distance away.

Rapid Access Coupling System For Pneumatic Tires

View page
US Patent:
20050000568, Jan 6, 2005
Filed:
Apr 28, 2004
Appl. No.:
10/834766
Inventors:
Ilya Nikolayev - Briarwood NY, US
Nikolay Nikolayev - Briarwood NY, US
International Classification:
F16K015/20
US Classification:
137231000
Abstract:
A kit and method of converting a conventional automotive tire or the like into a rapid access coupling system to provide a means of quickly connecting or disconnecting a pressurized air or fluid source to the tire in order to inflate or deflate the tire or deliver a fluid therein or evacuate it there from. The kit includes the adaptor configured to be sealingly attachable to the tire valve stem and a source of pressurized fluid such as pressurized air, a gas mixture or another fluid, having a hose with the rapid connect coupler disposed at one end and another end connected to the outlet port of the supply. The rapid connect coupler assembly is equipped with a centrally located core depressor for engaging with a tire valve core and for moving it into the open position when the rapid connect coupler is attached onto the adapter. The sealing member installed inside the adapter is used to prevent fluid leakage during the pressurizing of the system and to provide a reliable seal between the adaptor and the rapid connect coupler prior to the opening or closing of the tire valve thus securely isolating the contents of the tire from the environment. The rapid connect coupler has a plurality of bearings serving as detaining elements for permanent, fast and reliable lockage of the coupler onto the adapter. The adaptor is configured to accept the displaceable bearings and to allow the bearings to fall behind the flange formed on the outer periphery of the adapter thus being locked between the outer surface of the adapter and inner surface of the coaxially movable collar. Pulling the collar coaxially and away from the adapter releases the bearings from their locked deployment and allows the valve member to return to its upright closed position.

Automatic Actuator Assembly For Aerosol Containers

View page
US Patent:
20050011584, Jan 20, 2005
Filed:
Apr 29, 2004
Appl. No.:
10/834729
Inventors:
Ilya Nikolayev - New York NY, US
Nikolay Nikolayev - New York NY, US
International Classification:
B65B001/04
US Classification:
141352000
Abstract:
An automatic actuator is provided for conveying the pressurized fluid from an aerosol container into an automotive system such as an air conditioner or a pneumatic tire. The preferred actuator comprises a selectively rotatable first subassembly equipped with a coupling device to be rapidly engaged and locked onto a conventional fitting of the automotive system and a first force transmitting member disposed inside a generally cylindrical channel and the transmitting member is movable along the channel to operate the valve of a charging port of an automotive system. Another end of the core depressor is in an interlinked relation with a second force transmitting element disposed inside the base portion of the adapter. An assembled adapter provides an uninterruptible link between two force transmitting elements such that, when the assembly is fitted onto an aerosol can and a coupling device is locked onto the charging fitting of an automotive system, the first transmitting element opens the charging valve. The reacting force from this action is transferred to the second force transmitting element which in turn opens a valve of an aerosol can, allowing fluid to escape from the can through the internal channel formed using the assembled adapter, into the system to be charged. The pressure proof joint of the two sub assemblies is provided by a rubber o-ring and snap-on assembly elements that allow the selective rotation of the coupling portion of the adapter around the base and at the same time prevent the escape of fluids. The coupling portion of the adapter can be positioned at any angle from 90 degrees to 180 degrees relative to the can. A rubber seal fitted inside the base portion of the adapter and resting upon the top face of the can provides a leakage proof fitting between the adapter and an aerosol can.

Rapid Access Tire Valve For A Pneumatic Tire On A Rim Of A Vehicle And Connector Therefor

View page
US Patent:
20050028865, Feb 10, 2005
Filed:
Aug 5, 2003
Appl. No.:
10/634932
Inventors:
Ilya Nikolayev - Briarwood NY, US
Nikolay Nikolayev - Briarwood NY, US
International Classification:
F16K015/20
US Classification:
137223000
Abstract:
A rapid access valve for a pneumatic tire on a rim comprises a tubular stem and a flexible base made of a rubber-like material. The bushing is bonded to the outer surface of the stem by an over-molding procedure. The stem has a flanged end with two cylindrical elements adjacent to it forwardly and rearwardly. The flanged stem and the connector are configured in respect to each other in such a manner so as to provide a releasable conduit through which a pressurized media can be delivered into a pneumatic tire or withdrawn from it. The connector assembly is equipped with a centrally located core depressor for engaging with a stop valve pin and for depressing it into the open position when the connector is attached onto the valve. The connector has a plurality of bearings, serving as detaining elements, for fast and reliable lockage of the connector onto the valve. The flanged end of the stem is configured to accept the displaceable bearings and to allow the bearings to fall behind the flange, formed on the outer periphery of the stems forward end, thus being locked between the outer surface of the stem and inner surface of the coaxially movable collar of the connector. Pulling the connector's collar coaxially and away from the valve releases the bearings from their locked deployment and allows the pressure blocking member of the stop-valve to return to its normally closed position.

Customizable Jeans Garment

US Patent:
20060174399, Aug 10, 2006
Filed:
Feb 4, 2005
Appl. No.:
11/051527
Inventors:
Ilya Nikolayev - New York NY, US
Nikolay Nikolayev - New York NY, US
International Classification:
A41D 1/06
US Classification:
002227000
Abstract:
A pants-type garment consisting of two completely independent and complimentary parts, which are releasably joinable but are nowhere permanently attached. The parts are joined in an area extending from the top of the front waistband to the top of the rear waistband. After joining, the parts remain separatable and, once separated, either part can be used to create a new garment using any other complimentary part. This ability to substitute like parts allows the consumer to create a garment that is unique and that can be distinguished by the coding of characteristics.
