I graduate from Blue Spring Highs School in 1986 and University Missouri KC in 1992 with a Bachelor Liberal Arts degree. I focused on Marketing and Communication studies and went into sales after graduation. I have been in the Residential Construction industry since 1997. I have worked with builders, developers, contractors, dealers and manufactures to ensure the best use of building materials. I have always love looking at different homes when I traveled the region. Over the years I grew to appreciate the process of how building materials eventually became the sticks and bricks that made the house which buyers planned to make their home. I was encouraged to get into real estate by multiple builders and after having many experience with "other Realtors", I new I could make a difference for those buyers and sellers who wanted to work with me. My knowledge of the building industry, my negotiating skills, my real estate experience, my positive attitude and persistence are what set me apart.
