About:
Although I am a relatively recent licensed realtor, I have been involved in many aspects of real estate for years, having bought my first house in 1979. My years as a professional artist, restoration artist, and art educator provide a distinctive perspective on real estate. I have experience in old house identification, documentation, and restoration. Presently I teach a college course on American Art and Architecture. My interest and experience with historic properties would work well with one who is buying or selling an older home.
