International Frances was born and raised in Okinawa, Japan. Thereafter, she graduated from Chaminade University in Honolulu, Hawaii, where she majored in International studies. Raised in an international environment, she understands diverse cultural differences and is fluent in both English and Japanese. Thus, many of her international clients are very happy with her sensitivity and understanding of both cultures.
