International Frances was born and raised in Okinawa, Japan. Thereafter, she graduated from Chaminade University in Honolulu, Hawaii, where she majored in International studies. Raised in an international environment, she understands diverse cultural differences and is fluent in both English and Japanese. Thus, many of her international clients are very happy with her sensitivity and understanding of both cultures. Expertise Frances has been in the real estate profession for over 15 years and has assisted many satisfied buyers and sellers. Her expertise is in assisting clients with the purchase and sale of their residential properties, which include condominium and single family homes, and multi-family and new projects in Hawaii. She also assists investors with 1031 exchanges and relocation.
