Description:
I had just finished remodeling a home from the studs up and was ready for a new challenge. It was the spring of 2007, and unlike most people at that time all I saw was opportunity in Denver Real Estate. I signed up for personal real estate investor coaching with attorney William Bronchick. And, within weeks I was out knocking on doors finding wholesale deals off the MLS that I could sell for cash to investors. As time went on I found I had a real knack at negotiating short-sales for sellers who had no other options. (Some of the stories people told me would make the hair on your neck stand up. Remind me to tell you a few when we meet.) And by the end of 2010 my partner and I had negotiated millions of dollars in bad debt off the balance sheets of all the major banks and more importantly that burden was eliminated from the lives of many thankful homeowners. The early days of the real estate crash served as a great teacher. You learn much more from a down market then you do an up one, and in my case it was a great chance to help people and earn a great living doing it. However, as the crisis played out the banks began to hold their inventory, and the opportunities to buy and sell distressed property dried up. I moved on to new opportunities in online marketing and I have never looked back. But, I always kept a hand in the Denver real estate market. Having partnered up withDave Nessand the success of the Thrive Real Estate NetworkIs the perfect fit to bring together my professional skills in Real Estate as well as my digital marketing chops. I have years of experience in debt negotiation, short sales, foreclosure, fix and flips, investor financing, wholesaling and property management. And now I can add working within a straightforward healthy market to my list of experiences. Even though the market opportunities change all the time, the one opportunity that has never changed is the chance to serve people like yourself. I learn from my clients and, you have made me grateful, so let me return the favor and lets find a great deal on a home you can love, live and thrive in.
