I have a BBA in Economic and Finance from Pitt. I was a series 7 licenced Stock Broker and Financial Planner for in Seattle Wa for 7 years prior to my mortgage carreer. I have been in the mortgage profession for 15 years as a Certified Mortgage Planner.
I am Certified as a FHA 203 K Specialist who also specialized in VA Originations. I offer the all of the First time Home buyers programs such as FHA (down to a 550 credit score) as well as the FHA Secure Program, Rural Developement USDA Loan, MyCommunity, and HomePossible. I can close Refinances in 10 days and provide Quick "Bona Fide" Pre-Approvals for Purchases Money Mortgages. I am very comfortable working with affluent buyer with jumbo loans, 80/15/5's and investment property purchase / refinances.
In my 15 years I have originated with Bank of America, and Wells Fargo, and First Horizon. The underwriting philosophy is "Common Sense". Does the loan make sense... That is why even in this market I can appove loans that other lenders wont.
My approach to lending is to listen, consult, assist in planning, then to Approve with common sense as the foundation. This process assurs that my client knows what they are getting (product and pricing) and that they get what they want at the closing with NO STRESS!!.
