Meet The DeLay Team DeLisa DeLay Broker/Owner Realty Executives of Branson I have lived and loved being in the Ozarks for almost 20 years and have become a "relocation experts" by experience since my previous career in telecommunications relocated me several times across the nation. My husband, Mark, and I have raised three girls and after living in many areas around the nation, we feel grateful to be living in the Ozark Mountains. There are many reasons to be happy about living in Branson.it's like a small town with "big city" amenities! The weather features all four seasons, Autumn being my particular favorite. Our community is geared toward family and outdoor living with the wonderful lakes, streams, mountains, and theme attractions. With this being said, it is easy to see why I would love being in the real estate business. I believe that where I live is one of the best! My career background has always been in management and customer service and that is exactly what real estate is--servicing your client and managing the transaction with all of the details and negotiation skills in place. My partner, Jim Stephenson, and I purchased the Realty Executive franchise in March of 2005 and have positioned our company in the top 10 of all the companies on our board in less than 6 months. Mark DeLay, my husband, and I have traveled extensively throughout the U.S. and Hawaii and feel that Branson is best place to spend our days. We have raised 3 girls, 1 dog and one cat. The dog and cat still live with us.. Bette and Gracie. Mark is usually on the tractor or repairing something. I am usually on the computer or in my car. When we have time off, we are on Table Rock lake or sitting on the deck looking at Table Rock Lake. I love everything about Branson and that is why I chose to start selling it 12 years ago. It's funny, my girls all said they couldn't wait to grow up and live in a "real" city. Well, guess what... they have all moved back to Branson after the Big City trip, so guess Mom was right after all!!!
