The Enjoyment of Remodeling I love to see a property transformed from the Ugly Duckling stage to a place you can call home. I know the work can be very fun and rewarding! I have been taught by my friends to do many of the things needed to complete this transformation

putting up drywall and even some plumbing!

As a full time agent, I am in tune with the ever changing market conditions. I continue to study all areas of real estate and have a certification as a GRI. Knowledge about REO/Foreclosures Since I am an Investor as well as a Realtor, the last purchase I made was a bank owned property. I understand the risks with such a property and the excitement of owning it. I have also worked with people who are in pre-foreclosure and work with the bank and the client in order to keep their homes. I have taken a couple of classes in short sales as well. I am currently involved with Realty Trac for the Woodstock, Wonderlake and Huntley and McHenry area. As an Owner of Rental Property I bought my first duplex back in the early part of 2005. I have moved on to other properties since then. I enjoy the people that I have met and learned many things. Patience is a must!
