I am a 25 year resident of Atlanta's Intown communities which include Midtown, Morningside and Virginia-Highland. This has strengthened my appreciation for Atlanta's communities, historic homes and in-fill home designs. The diversity in Atlanta's neighbors is also reflected in its homes. Environs Residential is a design/build company specializing in custom renovation of "intown" Atlanta homes. This expertise gives my clients an added edge when evaluating which home is right for them and condition and quality of any home that they might select. Environs Residential is a Neighborhood Stabalization Developer for the city of Atlanta, which gives me added insight and knowlege as to downpayment assistance programs, how they work and what buyers might be eligible to receive funding.
