Second, I then have you fill out a profile of your wants and needs. I use that profile to scour the internet to find you a house that fits first your needs and then your wants. Third, We promptly look at those homes prepared to make an offer. Preparation is the key. After we make that offer I stay on top of all of the paperwork, anticipating anything that comes up, we take a VERY proactive approach. Every step of the way I am there for you. For the seller: Who sells the most houses? Agents!! I do a brokers open for your home so that I can showcase your home to my fellow agents. Those agents go off with a packet of information about your home that I have put together and they carry that information to their clients. I then have an open house for your neighbors and invite them in, because they may know someone in the market for a home, your home. I follow that with several well advertised open houses along with using every internet tool available to me to advertise your home to every potential home buyer. Using my methods I am confident your home will sell with me as your agent. It is SO much more than putting a sign on your lawn, the sign works for me because just by having that sign on your lawn I gain business, but does the sign work for you. Let me work for you!!
