CarmenAumendoJr. is a graduate of West Virginia University 2003 Class with a Bachelor's Degrees in Accounting, Business Marketing, and Business Management. From the Garden State, he originally started his career in Personal and Government taxation. Carmen entered the Residential Finance industry in the Spring of 2005. . As an immediate impact contributor, he was promoted to run an independent Branch in Delaware, where he won multiple awards for production and was rated in the top 10 percentilecompanywidein customer service. In the Summer of 2009, Carmen married his College sweetheart which brought him to the Baltimore / Metro Area (His wifeKimmis originally from Carroll County). In March 2011, they welcomed their first baby boy in to the world. He has experience as a Senior Manager, Loan Originator, Processor and Secondary Marketing Advisor. He has helped hundreds of home owner's refinance into lower rates and payments. Additionally, Carmen has had an active role in helping first time home buyers and repeat customers purchase new homes. He takes pride in both offering the best programs and giving above and beyond service; In fact, a good percentage of his business is referrals or repeat clients!
