Brit Ewers possesses a life long passion for real estate and helping others achieve their goals. Working in the real estate industry since 2004, Brit has had the unique perspective of learning the real estate business from some of the top producing residential and investment agents in the country. Starting out on the administrative side of real estate while obtaining his Finance degree from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin, Brit quickly learned the ins and outs of managing contracts, exceeding client expectations and implementing marketing programs. Upon graduation, Brit became a full time real estate consultant and in 2010 obtained his Broker's License. Brit takes a consultative approach to real estate and prides himself on educating his clients to make the best decisions for their personal real estate objectives. Brit listens to the needs of his clients and spends a great deal of time previewing homes to match the best homes for his buyers and help his sellers have a competitive advantage. Brit Ewers is a licensed Real Estate Broker with Sudhoff Properties, specializing in luxury new construction home sales and marketing for Central Houston’s finest builders. He began his real estate career in 2004 in Austin before moving to Houston in 2011. Brit quickly established himself in the Houston market by selling over $11,000,000 of real estate in his first 12 months. Brit currently manages sales and marketing for the 35 home community "Post Oak Green" by Lovett Homes, "Taft Street Townhomes" in Montrose by Lovett Homes and the 12 unit "Floyd Street Townhomes" in Rice Military. In 2011 he listed and sold both of the AIA award winning “Hyde Park Double” (2 ultra modern green built homes in the heart of Montrose). He was featured in “Houston” magazine’s 2011 Real Estate Issue and has been seen in OutSmart and 002 magazine in addition to the Houston Chronicle. Brit is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin and holds a BBA in Finance from the McCombs School of Business. Brit became a licensed REALTOR in 2008, received the "Certified Negotiation Expert" designation in 2009 and in 2010 became a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker. Brit currently serves on the Agent Leadership Council at Sudhoff Properties. When not selling real estate Brit enjoys traveling, new restaurants, live music, health/fitness and exploring all that Houston has to offer.
