As a senior at Webster University, studying toward a degree in Information Systems, I have become well versed in many aspects of information technology. This degree was designed for the study of systems and incorporating technology to make the system fully functional, efficient and user-friendly. I learned to plan for new information systems, advise on web technology and content, and to produce results that move organizations forward. During my time at Webster, I have completed several upper level classes such as: Computer Programming (C++), Telecommunications, Systems Analysis and Design, Computer Security, IT Project Management, and Database Applications (Oracle SQL). While working for a small Professional Employer Organization, TrueTeam Dynamics, I had the opportunity to work extensively with employees and managers in a real business environment. I gained experience with the day to day tasks within the IT field. My role was to ensure that their PCs ran efficiently to maximize employee productivity. In this capacity I also installed software and software updates as necessary. I worked with employees one-on-one while running systems diagnostics on a daily and weekly basis.
