I am a mortgage banker/broker licensed in 18 states but I prefer to only do loans in Texas. My conventional rates are as competitive as anyone's but my FHA, day in and day out, is 2nd to none. I work with one of the top real estate agents in the Austin area who closes over 100 transactions per year and she doesn't trust just anyone with her clients. I will go head to head with anyone on a current "locked" FHA rate. Anyone can under quote to get you to call, I will not do that. What I quote, with the info that I have, is what I can lock you in that day. Bottom line is, I don't under quote to get you to call. I have many references and have done many loans in the Asian community who will say "Bobby closes on what he quoted me and there were no suprises"
