Abstract:
One embodiment of an energy-efficient light fixture with automatic multilevel illumination comprising a housing that contains multiple ballasts and multiple lamps at least one of which is controlled by an occupancy sensor. At least one of the lamps remains on constantly to provide security in structures which would benefit from the safety that constant illumination provides. The other lamps will remain off until occupancy is detected from a sensor located within the luminaire housing and connected to one of the ballasts located therein.

Abstract:
One embodiment of a fully integrated intelligent lighting module with built-in heat sink allows conventional electrodeless discharge lamps, LED, or electrodeless plasma lamps to be converted into intelligent electrodeless discharge lamps or electrodeless plasma lamps with minimal effort. Such a module may be comprised of a driver for an electrodeless discharge lamp or electrodeless plasma lamp capable of operating from 120-277V at 50/60 Hz as well as 347V and 480V in different models; a dimming chip; a sensor chip with clock to monitor the time and power used; a ROM module to store the data collected by the sensor chip; on-board non-volatile memory; a wireless communication module; and an external display and programming controls. Such a module allows users who install it into any pre-existing “dumb” light fixture to quickly and easily convert that fixture into an “intelligent” one.

Abstract:
A linear lighting system and apparatus configured for easy and efficient installation and to reduce unattractive shadows, gaps, or light leaks is provided. In certain embodiments, the linear lighting system comprises a plurality of lighting assemblies joined contiguously together with a draw latch assembly and each of the lighting assemblies comprising a housing, a light source, and a power source. More specifically, the draw latch assembly comprises a draw latch and a latch keeper which, when engaged, removably secures a first lighting assembly to a second lighting assembly. In use, there may be more than two lighting assemblies which may be removably secured to one another in this manner in a variety of configurations.

A wall pack light and kit for the same are provided which comprise, in part, a housing for containing a light source. The housing may have a first side configured to expose emissions from the light source and a second side formed to define a recessed segment sized to interchangeably receive one or more arms individually configured to securably mount the wall pack light to various supports such as an overhead structure, a wall, or even a pole.
