The Neighborhood Leadership Institute, a four-week leadership and development training for leaders who do work in immigrant communities. Participants learned how to navigate city government; the fundamentals of organizing communities; networking with local leaders; and worked together with others to put together a project to benefit their respective immigrant communities.
