Understanding Technology Applications to Teaching and Learning: Technology is a vital aspect to all classes. My experience focuses on using technology to enhance the learning environment and not to replace it. Experience with Teaching Strategies: Student involvement in learning allows them to feel that they are part of or have some control over the learning environment which increases productivity and grades. Combining a diversity of strategies ensures success. Enhanced Communication Skills: Effective communication begins as soon as the student signs up for a class and therefore instructors must be prepared with clearly written syllabi and course schedules. Experience with various modes of instruction: My experience with traditional, blended-hybrid, on line and VTT delivery modes helps me to meet student needs. Incorporation of Critical Inquiry and Thinking Skills: Integrates and encourages deeper levels of thinking needed to be incorporated into the learning environment.
