In the last ten years I have expanded my vision and now incorporate investing both in the US and in other countries. To further my knowledge in these new areas, I am working on my certification as an “international property specialist.”(CIPS). I have the experience in International transactions but not the official certification yet. I strive to be the best at what I do so I can give you more than you expect when exploring your desire to create a lifestyle overseas. It is exciting to think about isn’t it? My adventurous spirit can benefit you in investigating the international real estate market. In 1998 I began traveling to places in like Mexico and have since built a house that is for sale there. I have invested in a home in the mountains of Panama. After researching the requirements for foreign ownership in a number of countries, I have purchased land on an island off the coast of Panama in the Caribbean Ocean. Recently, I traveled to Europe and identified exciting investment opportunities in France, Spain and Italy. I have also helped many others explore their dreams and invest and/or relocate overseas. I do my best to continue to stay at the cutting edge by regularly researching alternative investment opportunities in multiple markets. That enables me to make educated decisions by selecting projects in regions or categories with the greatest chance of success.
