MS, EducationI studied elementary and middle school math and science education and was able to do a year-long teaching internship. I love teaching & working with kids, especially when it comes to math and science (and reading!). I want to make a difference on the macro- level by changing education policy. BA, MusicI got a classic liberal arts education at Oberlin and feel well-prepared for anything and everything life throws at me! I am a critical thinker, a strong written and oral communicator, a problem solver, and a great team player. I was a member of two orchestras, the varsity softball team, and a fabulous string quartet. I traveled to Mexico with the National Outdoor Leadership School where I kayaked along the Baja Peninsula. I also traveled to Panama with the Conservatory of Music where I did a home stay and taught chamber music, orchestra, and private lessons.
