Dosage Dispensing Cap System

View page
US Patent:
20130153608, Jun 20, 2013
Filed:
Aug 22, 2011
Appl. No.:
13/818078
Inventors:
Joseph Amin - Los Angeles CA, US
Fernando Mota - Moreno Valley CA, US
Lance M. Pritikin - Camarillo CA, US
International Classification:
B65D 47/24
A61J 1/03
US Classification:
222448, 221 64, 222450
Abstract:
A dosage dispensing cap system is configured to release a fixed amount of medication from a container as a result of a single actuation by a user. A first cap element of the system may have a first aperture and be adapted to be attached to the container, which is configured to house a multiplicity of pills of a generally uniform size, or liquid medication of a particular volume. A second cap element may be flexible, have a flange member extending generally radially outward from a diaphragm member and be disposed between the first cap element and the container. The diaphragm member may have a mouth portion, a throat portion and a cavity generally disposed therebetween. The cavity may be generally large enough to contain a fixed number of pills or a dose volume of liquid. By way of a simple actuation, the mouth portion opens and the throat portion closes, thereby allowing the cap system to release a discrete number of pills or a dose volume of liquid medication.

Air Driven Electric Generator For Charging A Battery

View page
US Patent:
20120187685, Jul 26, 2012
Filed:
Jan 24, 2011
Appl. No.:
13/011935
Inventors:
Joseph Amin - Los Angeles CA, US
Sheldon Denst - Simi Valley CA, US
International Classification:
F03D 9/02
US Classification:
290 50
Abstract:
An air driven electric generator with cylindrical rotors with blades longitudinally across most of the rotor used to charge a battery. Each rotor is connected to a generator/alternator that generates electricity as the rotor is rotated by airflow or wind. The rotors are positioned on a base and underneath a cover that form inlet and outlet slots that direct the airflow or wind to the blades of the rotors. The airflow or wind push against the blades to rotate the rotor continuously. As the cylindrical rotors rotate, the generators/alternators generate positive flow of electricity which is used to recharge the batteries used in a vehicle, street light, traffic light, boat, airplane, or residence.
