Growing up in all parts of Southern California, and graduating from my dream college of UCLA, I had always had a strong interest, passion, and curiosity in Real Estate. After graduating with a B.A. in Political Science, and taking a break before entering law school, I decided to take a break and get a job in the mortgage industry, so I could be sure to make the best decisions for myself in the future, as well as, help friends and family. After immediate success in the industry, I was able to accurately predict the bursting of the housing bubble, and decided to move to New York to test myself in the most cut-throat, and expensive market in all of the U.S.. To my surprise, I was able to become one of the top agents in my first year, but after 2 years of the NY lifestyle, I knew it was time for me to return to my beloved hometown, and best city in the world, Los Angeles, so I could apply all of the vast knowledge, lessons, and invaluable experience that I was able to gain from my years of working and analyzing how the NYC real estate has changed so rapidly over time, and how it directly correlates with how LA real estate will evolve. I have been fortunate enough to join a team of professionals that share my same ideals in terms of work ethic, passion for real estate, and ability and willingness to think outside the box, so that we are able to best assist clients, regardless of what the market conditions may be.
