Realtor Ryan Lee recently joined Seven Gables Real Estate where he will be teaming up with two of the company's top sales associates – Lisa Lovell and Greg Hanson. A North Tustin native and graduate of Mater Dei High School where he played football for four years, Ryan has an extensive background in sales and management specifically in the telecommunications industry. His professional background, deep rooted familial history in the community - his grandparents resided in one of the area's landmark estates for many years, and appreciation for the home selling and buying process make his supportive role in Business Development for the Lovell-Hanson Group an invaluable one. "I have been in sales my whole career and view every challenge as an opportunity to grow and create experiences to benefit my clients. I was a Regional Manager for Verizon and AT&T in Direct Sales, developing managers/leaders and training sales professionals for six years. Being in a consumer-centric business that is ever changing forces you to adapt to the environment, accept every circumstance, to take action and do what is always in the best interest of those you support and rely upon to keep the business going," Ryan says. In 2009, Ryan began traveling extensively for the purpose of opening new markets and locations for his previous business and succeeded in launching 10 markets in eight states. Once he moved back to Southern California he realized how interesting and exciting the real estate business could be and a year later, decided to redirect his career path. In his spare time he enjoys playing recreational basketball, supporting Mater Dei High School Alumni Development, the American Red Cross and volunteering to feed the homeless. Ryan was the 2006 Debate Champion at a competition hosted at California State University, Long Beach.
