Abstract:
An air baffle with an integrated expansion card attachment is disposed in a computer for receiving an expansion card having a handle attached thereto. The air baffle includes a first wall including a first guide and a second guide projecting from a side surface of the first wall. The first guide a second guide form a transverse space therebetween. The air baffle includes a second wall parallel to the first wall disposed a distance from the first wall approximately equal to a width of the expansion card. The second wall includes a snap retainer having a projected portion thereof. The transverse space formed between the first and second guides of the first wall has a size approximately equal to a thickness of the expansion card such that a first end of the expansion card is firmly held by the first guide and the second guide when the expansion card is inserted into the transverse space. The projected portion inserts between the handle attached to the expansion card and the expansion card in order to hold the expansion card in place. The expansion card is held apart from and parallel to a circuit board of a computer such that an air channel is created between the first wall and the second wall for air to pass across the circuit board of the computer and the expansion card.

Abstract:
A computer housing which includes a chassis that has a first compartment and a second compartment. The first compartment includes a first electronic assembly and a first fan that creates a flow of air through the compartment to create a compartment pressure that is less than an ambient pressure. The second compartment contains a second electronic assembly and a second fan which produces a flow of air that creates pressure within the compartment that is greater than the ambient pressure. The housing also contains an inner wall which separates the first compartment from the second compartment to inhibit air flow between the compartments.

Abstract:
A customer service method includes geolocating devices and users verifying the geolocation of the device. The user selects a search proximity based on the geolocation of the devices, to identify businesses within the search proximity. A list of the businesses is presented, which are selected by the user. The devices communicate with a first network within the business network, which presents chat rooms. Chat rooms are created by the business and by the consumers. Each chat room communicates with a second network, wherein the second network is adaptive based on user input and is able to generate a response based on user input. At least one user is a manager of a business who is able to audit the second network response. A main server, main database, internal artificial intelligence bot, and external artificial intelligence bot are in communication with the devices.
