Methods and kits are provided for diagnosis of specific cancerous conditions. The invention features a method for diagnosis of a condition in a patient associated with an elevated level of telomerase activity within a cell. The method involves determining the presence or amount of telomerase within the cells in the patient, e. g. by the use of the polymerase chain reaction. In one embodiment of the invention, the condition associated with elevated telomerase activity is chosen from prostate cancer, breast cancer, colon cancer, renal cancer, ovarian/cervical cancer, lung cancer, and leukemia. The invention allows cancer to be detected even in tissues and cells which are not positive by pathology.

The microprocessor converts the information inputs to an indication of orientation of the sensing coil with respect to the Earth's magnetic field based on the frequency of the oscillating signal. For at least a portion of the telephone calls, the system analyzes the received audio based on a voice biometrics detection model to identify one or more biometric indicators characterizing a speaker in the analyzed telephone call. The system generates and stores a voice fingerprint characterizing the speaker based on the biometric indicators, and a time of the analyzed telephone call. The system analyzes stored voice fingerprints and times corresponding to speakers in the analyzed telephone calls to determine a frequency of occurrence of each voice fingerprint within an analyzed timeframe. If the frequency of occurrence of a voice fingerprint exceeds a threshold call quantity within the analyzed timeframe, the voice fingerprint is characterized as being associated with a robocaller.

The saver bottle is primarily intended to improve on existing bottle designs for storing and dispensing small quantities of fluid, such as liquid soap, shampoo, sunscreen, or similar fluids. The existing bottle designs used for these fluids are often unable to disgorge all of their liquid contents during normal use and leave some measure of their contents as a residue at the bottom of the bottle, which is wasteful and inefficient. The saver bottle is adapted to waste less of its liquid contents, and may include a sump, a sloped internal lower surface, a pumping mechanism accessible from the outside of the bottle, and a suction straw. The suction straw may terminate in a flared suction bell, and may extend into the sump. The sloped internal lower surface may be sized to maximize the internal volume of the bottle while still ensuring that any liquids the bottle is intended to house may freely drain into the sump at the bottom of the bottle.
