2/20/2012 “I am the proud owner of a new BMW and I owe it to East Bay BMW. I was working with all the local dealers (Fremont, Weatherford, Concord) and the deal I received from East Bay was the best. It is not just about the money, it is also about the service. I started through an internet request for pricing. I was put in touch with my sales person Mien Le. He was professional, honest but most importantly prompt and clear in his communications. I was late to my appointment, Mien was there waiting. He took me on a test drive - taking the time to highlight the features of the car. There were some hiccups in the negotiation, Mien was patient. He pulled in the expertise of Jake Ekstrum & Jason Burger (2 of the most professional sales managers I have seen in any car dealership) to make sure we reached a deal everyone was comfortable with. I forgot the woman's name I worked with in the finance department, but she took her time to ensure i understood all of my paperwork and the financial terms of my purchase. It did not end there - the emails/phone calls to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase have been frequent and reassuring. I have no complaints but if I did there are no shortage of people looking to help. If you are looking to buy a new/used BMW and live in the East Bay, give Mien a call and if the deal is right give East Bay your business. We finally purchased the X5 for the price we offered! They also guaranteed this time that we have enough time to think about it and promised a smooth process when we are ready to purchase. The final price of the car was a little bit lower than what we offered so that was another plus. My husband and I want to thank the best and easiest car salesman we have ever worked with, MIEN LE!!! He was so easy to work with from the day we test drove the car (We looked at 2) to the day we purchased our X5. He was on point, very knowledgeable with the car and was not pushy. I think that was the reason we were so comfortable to talk to him. When we finally purchased the car, he made sure all the paper works are ready and all we need to do is finalize the price (add the taxes and other fees), sign the papers and we are all set to go! He had the car detailed and put gas. All ready for us to take home once we signed the papers. Thank you so much Mien for all your help! I know the first experience was not the best (NOT because of Mien) but you guys came around and treated us with the best customer service. We really appreciated it and we will be back once my husband is ready to purchase. Thanks!!!

We just purchased a 2012 X5 35d from East Bay BMW today. It was such a great car-buying experience. Mien Le and the sales manager Joe Pagano were very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I was a little aggressive at the beginning, and they didn't take it defensively. I was able to fully understand all the numbers and pros/cons before I had to make my purchase and trade-in decisions. They also honored all the incentives and credits including the ultimate drive credit, which is certainly a plus. In summary, 5 stars. I will certainly shop here again when I need another BMW in the future.

Mien helped us out on our recent purchase of a 2012 550i. We had been in the dealership back in feb and kicked some tires on a 535i. Now months later we came back and I ended up wanting the 550i. They found one with the options color etc. that I wanted. Mien and his manager really were flexible and worked with us on pricing and delivery timing. Really made the transaction pretty easy. Got a great deal on a fantastic car. Loving this thing. The 550i is a beast.

Purchased a car as a custom order from Mien Le (based upon experiences of others from Yelp), and was not let down - had an amazing experience from the first phone call all the way through drive off! The dealership does not matter as much as the People. Everyone is very friendly. We worked with Mien Le and he was outstanding. Most of the work was done via email and phone. He took his time explaining everything and showing us the features the car. Mountain View BMW had the car we wanted. We called them and they gave me a quote. I gave them a counter, that they would not accept and ended as we can't help you. I called Pleasanton BMW and got connected to Mien. I gave him some figures I wanted to work with. Long story short, I got a better deal and better service through Mien. Whats even more funny, Mien intercepted Mountain View BMW's car and got their car for me. Better price, better service. What else can I ask ?

I've gone to several BMW dearlerships in the bay area since this will be my 2nd BMW purchase and many reps were not as patient and down to earth as Mien Le. i had Mien as my adviser rep and he was awesome! He is willing to work with us in giving us a deal in our price range. He was also very accommodating in holding the car that I ordered for several days (since I was out of town when the car came in). When we picked up the car, he had my car cleaned up, parked inside the showroom and ready to go. I was impress he parked it inside. I even ask him to borrow a big bow to put on it(I was disappointed how small the bow was...wish BMW had a big red bow like Lexus). Mien kept the entire purchase process fast and painless. I would recommend my friends and family to go to him if they are interested in getting a BMW. Thanks, Mien!!!
